No Haggle Pricing
Peak Entertainment will publish all of its pricing on this website. You won’t find that anywhere else. The market for certain dates sometimes has an effect on our price, but you will always be able to find the price for your date right here. When you view an ensemble, the price will be there. The following pricing is for Saturday Nights only: Sundays, Fridays, and mid- week events will be discounted 10% from the prices listed below not including travel fees if they exist.
After Midnight- $1250 per musician with a minimum of 8 pieces for a 4 hour event.
The Sound Choice- $1250 per musician with a minimum of 8 pieces for a 4 hour event.
Two Sound Engineers will be provided at no extra cost for After Midnight and The Sound Choice.
Overtime rates for the two bands listed above will be $350 per musician per hour, but there will be no additional charge for sound for that extra time.
Ceremony and Cocktail hours will be no charge for up to 2 members from the ensemble you’ve booked. Additional Classical musicians will be at a rate of $400 for the first hour and $200 for each additional hour.
Steel Drum Ensembles- $375 per musician per hour. A duet for one hour would be $750 for example.
Lunchtime Café- $850 for the first hour and $425 for a second, third or fourth hour for a solo act. Acts that have more than one person will be an additional $250 per man per hour. This price includes coffee drinks and entertainment.
Peak Yoga-$400 for a one hour yoga session for up to 8 people.
Classical Ensembles- $400 per musician for the first hour. $200 for each additional hour.
The following Ensembles will all be at a rate of $1000 per musician for a 4 hour event- Sensacion, Peak Klezmer, and our Middle Eastern Ensemble featuring Nedal Jaloudi will all be at the same rate. Overtime will be $250 per musician per hour.
Travel Costs are as follows- Any event within 50 miles of Columbus Circle in NYC will have no additional travel fee. 51-100 miles will be an additional $150 per musician. 100-200 miles will be an additional $300 per musician.
